This is for you if you’re after an endorphin hit like no other!

When you exercise, your brain chemistry changes. That undeniable rush of energy, motivation and confidence you feel after a workout is pretty hard to beat and has the power to lift you up even when times get tough.

When gyms closed in Lockdown 2.0, I started offering short 1:1 fitness boosts outside for those who didn’t necessarily want a full Personal Training programme but just needed a push to get out in the fresh air, move their body and get a much-needed hit of endorphins to boost their physical and mental health. And it has proved so popular that I have now made it a permanent feature!

HIT takes place on Clapham Common for 45-mins and can be booked for between 1-3 people (depending on COVID-19 restrictions). The sessions will be tailored to suit your preferences and fitness level but will generally include a high-energy, full body conditioning workout with a mix of cardio and strength exercises. The aim? To get your blood pumping, release any stress, clear your mind, fire up your fitness levels and leave you with a big sweaty grin on your face!

RESTORE

This is for you if lockdown has left your body feeling tight, achy and in need of a little TLC.

Because it’s not always about the endorphin hit – sometimes what our body craves is gentle, restorative movement to release built up tension and stress. Our body adapts to the way we most frequently move or sit, so if we’re spending a lot of time hunched over a laptop or slouched on the sofa (hello lockdown) this can lead to tight muscles, poor posture and a build-up of blocked energy.

RESTORE sessions are 45-mins and can be booked for between 1-3 people (depending on COVID-19 restrictions). They will be tailored to suit your specific needs and are focused on gently stretching and mobilising your body to relieve tightness and improve blood flow around your body which will, in turn, get your energy flowing more freely. The result? You’ll feel calmer, lighter, happier and more in tune with your body, as well as reducing your risk of injury when it’s time to hit the cardio and strength training.
