Hi, I’m Sophie,

As a Personal Trainer and wellness coach, my mission is simple: to help women who are struggling with stressful, hectic lifestyles and burnout to break free from that cycle and to create a lifestyle which makes them feel fitter, stronger and more confident in everyday life, not just in the gym.

I offer a range of fitness classes and coaching programmes which have all been designed with one very simple aim – to nourish your mind as well as your body and to put you firmly back in the driving seat of your health, fitness and wellbeing.

I’m occupying this little corner of the Internet out of a genuine love of fitness. And I mean actual fitness, in all its sweaty, unglamorous, exhausting yet energising glory! You know, the type that will get your blood pumping, your energy flowing and will leave you feeling strong enough to take on the whole world (and win).

But I’d be lying if I said it had always been this way for me!

The key is realising that you have a choice, no matter what situation you’re in, no matter how hard or how complicated or how messy it seems. You always, always have a choice.

And that’s the only bit you need to do on your own. Because once you have decided enough is enough and you’re committed to prioritising yourself and creating a lifestyle which energises you rather than drains you, I can help you to do just that.

As your coach, I will help you to reconnect, refocus and restart. To find small, simple ways to embed health and fitness into your daily life so you can create a lifestyle which leaves you feeling lighter, brighter, stronger, more energised and ready to handle whatever the day throws at you. Because in a world where we’re under constant pressure to look amazing, I want you to feel amazing too.

Working with me, you will create a finely tuned reset button which you can hit at any moment to break the cycle of stress and get unstuck. Not only will you fire up your fitness levels (and at the same time your mood, motivation and energy levels), you’ll also have the opportunity to explore a variety of tools, tips and tricks to calm your mind and soothe your soul.



My two signature group fitness classes have been designed to complement each other perfectly. HIT will push you to the max, increase your strength and fitness levels and send your energy levels through the roof, whilst RESTORE will give you the time and space to breathe, calm your mind and soothe your body with a gentle stretching routine.


My coaching programmes, TRAIN and RESET, give you the flexibility to decide what you want to focus on. TRAIN offers a bespoke 1:1 personal training package focusing on building your strength and fitness, whilst RESET offers a full 360 approach to fitness and wellness coaching.
