I’m Sophie – a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach on a mission to help busy women break the cycle of stress and feel fitter, stronger, more energised and more confident in every day life, not just in the gym!
I’m occupying this little corner of the Internet out of a genuine love of fitness. And I mean actual fitness, in all its sweaty, unglamorous, exhausting yet energising glory. You know, the type that will light you up and leave you feeling strong enough to take on the whole world and win!
I believe that all good fitness programmes should nourish your mind as well as your body, helping you to create space and de-stress so you can reset, refocus and restart stronger than before.
Because in a world where we’re under constant pressure to look amazing, I want you to feel amazing too.
I offer a range of classes, 1:1 coaching packages and bespoke training programmes with this very aim in mind, coaching clients on breathwork, fuel, mindset, movement and recovery. Working with me, you will create a finely tuned reset button which you can hit at any moment to break the cycle of stress and get unstuck. Not only will you fire up your fitness levels (and at the same time your mood, motivation and energy levels), you’ll also have access to a variety of tools, tips and tricks designed to calm your mind and soothe your soul.

Because my ultimate aim is to leave you feeling truly comfortable and confident in a fitness environment so you can continue to benefit long after our coaching sessions come to an end – so get ready to take back control, show up with confidence and own your fitness game every step of the way.

My signature fitness boosts have been designed to complement each other perfectly. HIT will push you to the max, increase your strength and fitness levels and send your energy levels through the roof, whilst RESTORE will give you the time and space to breathe, calm your mind and soothe your body with a gentle stretching routine.
My coaching programmes give you the flexibility to decide what you want to focus on. TRAIN offers a bespoke Personal Training package focused on building your strength, fitness and confidence in the gym, whilst RESET brings you the full fitness and wellness package with my unique 5-step method to nourish your mind and body, including breathwork, fuel, mindset, movement and recovery.
Soph is the best personal trainer! She really helped my mental and physical health during the pandemic. She is friendly, professional, always has a range of equipment and routines, she knows how far to push you so you get the most out of each session. A true gem!
Sophie’s sessions have been a fantastic release and amazingly motivating. She’s always keen to make our time as focused and effective as possible and it goes SO quickly! Sophie listened to all of my goals and aims when we first met and incorporates them into every session. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
Since working with Sophie I’ve upped my strength and fitness levels, whilst learning correct form and incorporating stretches and exercises into my own weekly routine. To anyone thinking of working with Sophie I’d say go for it! Sophie takes the time to listen to what you want and also ensures you’re challenging yourself but works to your pace too. Sophie is very motivating and supportive towards your fitness goals. My only wish is that we could have done more indoor sessions before lockdown happened!
I had some fantastic sessions with Sophie! She has really helped me with my own self-awareness and at the end of each session I have always felt uplifted and motivated! I have gained more understanding of how exercise benefits my mindset, and have implemented several changes in my life since working with Sophie such as stepping back into fitness again. I felt like I had lost my way but Sophie has helped me to realise how good it makes me feel. My main takeaway from working with Sophie is that anything and everything really is possible. Sophie is living proof! If you want to switch your mindset, focus on feeling positive and letting go of the negatives by incorporating exercise and making your overall wellbeing a priority, Sophie is fantastic!
