I’m Sophie – a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach helping women in SW11 to ditch the cardio machines and feel fitter, stronger and more confident through strength training and full body conditioning.

I’m occupying this little corner of the Internet out of a genuine love of fitness. And I mean actual fitness, in all its sweaty, unglamorous, exhausting yet energising glory. You know, the type that will light you up and leave you feeling strong enough to take on the whole world and win! Because in a world where we’re under constant pressure to look amazing, I want you to feel amazing too.

I believe that all good fitness programmes should boost your mind as well as your body, helping you to shake off any built up tension or stress so you can reset, refocus and restart stronger than before. 

I offer a range of 1:1 coaching packages and group fitness classes with this very aim in mind. So whether you’re in need of a fitness boost; a progressive strength-training programme or you’re simply craving more energy, motivation and confidence – you’re in the right place.

My signature group fitness classes have been designed to complement each other perfectly. HIT will push you to the max, increase your strength and fitness levels and send your energy levels through the roof, whilst RESTORE will give you the time and space to breathe, calm your mind and soothe your body with a gentle stretching, recovery routine.

My 1:1 coaching programme, TRAIN, brings you the full fitness and wellness package, whilst giving you the flexibility to decide the level of support you need. Choose between a 6-week or 12-week bespoke Personal Training programme focused on building your strength, fitness and confidence in the gym, and creating a fresh, new routine which energises you, rather than drains you.


Soph is the best personal trainer! She really helped my mental and physical health during the pandemic. She is friendly, professional, always has a range of equipment and routines, she knows how far to push you so you get the most out of each session. A true gem!
